Robert P. Pierce, MD, MSPH, FAAFP, DABPM-CI

 

RPP2Dr. Robert Pierce completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor where he obtained a Bachelor of Arts with High Distinction in Biomedical Sciences. He remained in Ann Arbor and attended the University Michigan Medical School, graduating Cum Laude.  Dr. Pierce completed the Family Medicine Residency Program at the University of Missouri, Columbia.  Following residency, he obtained a Master’s of Science in Public Health degree from the University of Missouri Columbia. 

Dr. Pierce has owned and operated Fulton Family Health Associates since 1993.

Accreditation & Awards

Dr. Pierce is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine. He is a member of several professional organizations including the Missouri Academy of Family Physicians, American Medical Association, and the American Academy of Family Physicians.

Dr. Pierce has served on the SERVE board, as the Medical Director for the Callaway County Ambulance District, Medical Director for Great Rivers Council, BSA, FMC Home Health and Hospice Medical Director, Board of Directors for the Callaway County YMCA, and in various capacities for Fulton Medical Center medical staff.

In addition to practicing Medicine, Dr. Pierce serves as the Medical Director of MDsuite, our electronic health record.

 Hobbies & Interests

Dr. Robert Pierce and his wife Dr. Lisa Pierce have three children. In his free time, he enjoys traveling and gardening.

Lisa J. Pierce, MD, FAAFP

 

LJP2GDr. Lisa Pierce completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor where she obtained a Bachelor of Arts with a focus in Biomedical Sciences. She remained in Ann Arbor and attended the University Michigan Medical School.  Following Medical school, Dr. Pierce completed the Family Medicine Residency Program at the University of Missouri, Columbia. 

Dr. Lisa was a member of the University of Missouri Columbia faculty in the Department of Family Practice from 1991-1996.

In 1996, Dr. Pierce joined her husband, Dr. Robert Pierce, to form Fulton Family Health Associates.

Dr. Lisa Pierce is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine, Inc. She is a member of the Missouri Academy of Family Physicians and the American Academy of Family Practice.

In past years, Dr. Pierce has served on the Board of Education for Fulton Public Schools and on the Board of Directors for the Callaway County YMCA. She has also served as past Chief of Staff at Fulton Medical Center and on several Medical Center committees.

Hobbies & Interests

Dr. Pierce and her husband Dr. Robert Pierce have three children. In her free time, she enjoys traveling and serving the Fulton community.

Brice P. Windsor, DO

 

BPW2Dr. Brice Windsor completed his undergraduate degree at Truman State University where he obtained a Bachelor of Science with a major in Biology. Dr. Windsor graduated from the Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1998.  Following Medical school, he completed the Family Medicine Residency Program at the University of Nebraska Family Medicine.  After completing his residency, Dr. Windsor served four years in the United States Air Force where he spent time in Alaska and South Dakota. 

Dr. Windsor joined Fulton Family Health Associates in 2005.

Dr. Windsor is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine, Inc. Dr. Windsor is also a member of several professional organizations including the American Academy of Family Physicians, the Missouri Association of Osteopathic Family Physicians, and the American Osteopathic Association.

In addition to practicing Medicine, Dr. Windsor is a current member and past president of the Fulton Breakfast Optimist Club.  He served as president from 2011-2012.

Hobbies & Interests

Dr. Windsor and his wife Cindy have two children and currently reside in Fulton, MO. In his free time, he enjoys fishing and spending time with his family.

Ashlea E. Horstman, PA-C

 

AEHAshlea Horstman joined FFHA in 2010 after graduating from Missouri State University in 2009 with a Master of Science in Physician Assistant studies.  She obtained a Bachelor of Science at Missouri State University with a major in Biology and a minor in Chemistry.

Mrs. Horstman is board certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. She is also a member of the Missouri Academy of Physician Assistants.

Hobbies & Interests

Ashlea and her husband, David, have two children. They currently reside in Tebbetts, MO.  In her free time, she enjoys horseback riding, water and snow skiing, and spending time with her family.
